Shipping Policy

This policy explains processing times, available shipping methods, fees, international rules, and what to do if your package is lost or damaged.

1. Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. During major sales, processing time can extend to several business days; we post the current cutoff at the top of the cart page when this happens. You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees

Available methods, estimated delivery windows, and fees are shown at checkout based on your destination and chosen speed. Any free-shipping threshold is applied automatically when your subtotal (after discounts, before tax) reaches the threshold.

3. International Shipping

When international shipping is available for your destination, rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged separately by the carrier upon delivery, unless your country supports Delivered Duty Paid at checkout. We do not control these fees and we cannot predict them in advance — please check your country's import rules before ordering.

If you refuse a package because of customs charges, we will refund the product cost minus the original outbound shipping fee and any return shipping cost charged to us by the carrier.

4. Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number that updates within 24 hours of pickup. The tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email and is also visible on your account order history page. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages early) and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package; if it cannot be recovered we will reship or refund at our discretion.

For damaged packages, please photograph the box and contents within 7 days of delivery and contact us. We will reship or refund the affected items.

6. Address Changes and Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, we can usually only modify an order in the first hour after it is placed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in the warehouse pick queue, we cannot stop it; you can refuse delivery for a full refund or initiate a return after delivery.

7. Holiday Shipping

Holiday cutoffs are posted on the homepage banner and at checkout in advance. We strongly recommend choosing an expedited shipping option in the final week before any holiday to avoid carrier-side delays.
